For a limited time, we’re including your 2027 site fees with every new holiday home purchased at Cwm Hafren. That means you can start the new year settling into your holiday home, with one less thing to think about.

Offer Terms and Conditions

• This offer applies to brand-new holiday homes purchased directly from Cwm Hafren Holiday Park. Pre-owned holiday homes and private sales are excluded.
• Qualifying purchases will receive free pitch fees for the 2027 season. For purchases completed during 2027, the offer covers the pitch fees payable from completion until 29^th February 2028. It does not provide 12 months of free pitch fees from the purchase date.
• The offer covers the pitch fee only. Electricity, gas, water, sewerage, rates, insurance and any other separately charged services or costs are excluded and remain payable in accordance with the purchase and pitch licence agreements.
• The pitch fee waiver will be applied directly to the qualifying holiday home’s account. No cash alternative, refund or credit towards another year is available.
• Pitch fees for 2028 onwards will be payable by the owner in accordance with the pitch licence agreement.
• The purchase remains subject to the park’s usual purchase agreement, pitch licence agreement and park rules. This offer does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights.
